For 50 years the public media services of the University of Montana’s Broadcast Media Center have been Montana’s voice for stories that matter. Montana Public Radio and Montana PBS:

  • Represent the unique character of Montana.
  • Expand the community of informed and engaged citizens of all ages.
  • Spark curiosity and discovery.
  • Celebrate the arts and cultural traditions of Montana and the world.

On this strong foundation of excellence, integrity and innovation, we are building a modern and essential media organization that will be relevant and valued for the next 50 years—and beyond. Your support will ensure continued growth of these essential and trusted sources of information and cultural programs.

Impact Fund
A key resource to keep public media flexible and relevant, this fund will provide the capacity for collaborative journalism, experiments with local cultural and arts programming, an intensive focus on single issues across program genres and engagement of independent producers for special projects.
